Hello to all,Here are your numbers for the month of March 1 – March 31, 2012 for the break down in active, under contract, and closed sales for houses, condos and townhouses. As I have told you before, the stats are a month in arrears so you will know what has been currently happening.
Wrightsville Beach closed sales FELL from 7 to 6 in March. However, the dollar figures were not as impressive. The average sales price fell from $1,622,857.00 in February to $598,333.00 in March. The median sales price also fell from $1,325,000.00 in February to $557,500.00 in March.

Land/Acreage: 7 parcels are on the market ranging in asking prices from $399,000 on N. Channel Drive in Shore Acres to $4,999,000 on East Salisbury Street in North Shore. Listings are DOWN by 2 from March.
Houses: 58 houses are on the market with prices from $349,000 on West Greensboro Street to $4,499,000 on Marina Street. Listings are the SAME as March.
Condos: 72 units are on the market with asking prices from $109,999 in Waterway Lodge on Wrightsville Avenue to $2,650,00 on S. Lumina. Listings are UP by 5 from March.
Townhouses: 13 are on the market with asking prices from $489,500 on Driftwood Court in Channel Walk to $1,850,000 on S. Lumina. Listings are the SAME as March
Under Contract:
Land/Acreage: None. Contracts are the same as March.
Houses: 1 is under contract with the asking price of $1,350,000 on Point Place in Shore Acres. Contracts are the SAME as January.
Condos: 2 units are under contract with the asking prices of $559,900 in The Islander on N. Lumina to $649,500 in North Shore Condos on Lumina.
Townhouses: None. Contracts are the SAME as March.
Sold:
Land/Acreage: 1 parcel sold at the price of $587,000 on Mallard Street.
Houses: None. Sales are DOWN by 6 from March.
Condos: 4 units sold with the sold prices of $200,000 on S. Lumina in One South Lumina to $925,000 in Duneridge Resort on N. Lumina. Sales are UP by 4 from March.
Townhouses: None. Sales are the SAME as March.
